The Colorado River Nature Center is operated cooperatively by the Arizona Game and Fish Department, Bullhead City, and the BLM.
It is a great place to escape the City, within the City. Solitude, boating, fishing, picnicking, and wildlife viewing opportunities abound within this 500 acre parcel providing access to the Colorado River and protected habitat for a wide variety of wildlife, including waterfowl, resident and migratory birds. |
The Colorado River Nature Center is located at the southwest end of Bullhead City, Arizona, next to the Colorado River.
The Arizona Game and Fish Department owns 140 acres adjoining 300 acres of BLM land in Section 10 located west of State Route 95.
Take Route 95 south out of Bullhead City about seven miles, then turn west on Richardo Avenue and it leads directly into the Nature Center. |
