It seems remote and far away from the hectic world but Katherine's Landing is located just 8 miles north of Bullhead City on the Arizona side of the Colorado River in the Lake Mead National Recreational Area upstream from the Davis Dam.
From Katherine Landing you can enjoy Lake Mohave's 242 miles of shoreline. The weather is almost always sunny and clear. The scenery is sheer cliffs and there are many sandy beaches and secluded coves to explore for swimming, water skiing, scuba diving, boating and fishing for Rainbow Trout, Largemouth Bass, Striped Bass, crappie, and sunfish. There are also channel catfish and carp. |

Katherine's Landing is a popular spot for boaters, fishermen, and campers. Katherine Landing features full RV hookups in a quiet setting. All sites have 50 and 30 amp. service with water and sewer. |

Facilities include boat rentals, boat slips, launch ramp, picnic area, marina, dry storage, restaurant and snack bar, general store, gasoline, propane, showers, restrooms, laundry, pay phones, ice and bait. There is also a 51 room motel. |

Boat rentals range from personal watercraft to 16-foot fishing boats, 18-foot runabouts for waterskiing and exploring, 24-foot patio boats, and houseboats that sleep up to 14 people. |

Katherine's Landing is open year-round, 24 hours, 7 days a week. Visitor center: The visitor center is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. every day except Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Day.
Katherine's Landing is part of the Lake Mead National Recreation Area which has entrance and lake use fees. Daily and annual passes can be purchased at the entrance stations. |
